Everything associated with Magic goes through some sort of development process, and logos are no exception. The art department creates several different versions of each expansion's logo, and after much tweaking and deliberating, one is found that makes everyone happy.
What follows are some of the steps that Odyssey's logo went through. Some are rough concepts, while others are more fleshed-out ideas.
